Food is delicious. Have been coming to this place for 10 years now but unfortunately service is not good anymore. Last time had a bad experience when an older lady was angry that we kept telling her we were missing some items while we were having dinner there. Now today I spent $80 worth of food and the same lady got upset because I asked for more sauce even though I got 5 different food items. Either put a price for the sauce or provide at least one container of sauce per food item. This is the size of the sauce container! (She originally gave us only 2)

I got a spring roll & Thai tea. It was good, they open early so that’s why I went. Dined out & I would go back to try their pho. A lot of space for seating & wont give them a bad review cuz I didn’t order much.

The dining area was unclean upon arrival, with all tables and menus visibly dirty and no signage explaining whether guests should seat themselves or order first. The server responded to my questions while eating behind the counter and speaking with food in his mouth. I asked for a table to be wiped down, but it was left soapy and wet. When water was brought to the table, the server handled the rim of the glass. Given the lack of basic hygiene and professionalism, especially during flu season, I did not feel comfortable dining here and chose to leave. Cleanliness and sanitation are essential, and unfortunately this experience did not meet those standards.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing experience at Phở Saigon Bay! The chicken phở was perfectly seasoned — rich, flavorful, and comforting — and the crispy egg rolls were incredible! Highly recommend ordering them too. Our server Lee was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Excellent service all around 👌. *bring cash* there is a 2.91 % fee for using debit/credit cards. The customer service was bad. There was some confusion with the waitress and our order. We sat down with the menu for about 5+ minutes before someone came to help us. Then we waited 37 minutes for the appetizer to arrive. TOO LONG in my opinion. Then the dishes started coming. It was apparent that the waitress misunderstood the order they brought out one too many dishes for us but we didn’t mention it to her, just paid for it and packed it up to go. The vegetables were not properly washed, there was either a bug or something slimy on the basil leaves. One of the lettuce was bad. See pictures attached. The pho was bland. The other dishes were fine. Waited at the register for more than 5 minutes to pay for our meal. People were walking past us back and forth but nobody came to take our payment.
